Global colocation and interconnection provider Equinix has signed an agreement to form a $525 million joint venture with GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. 
Equinix will spend an extra $ 3.9 billion in its xScale data centers for hyperscale cloud providers as part of its joint venture with Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC.
